Obama Holds Firm On Clean Energy In Budget Plan

Law360, New York (March 4, 2014, 7:18 PM EST) -- President Barack Obama on Tuesday showed no signs of backing away from his administration's commitment to clean energy development with a 2015 budget that recycles much of last year's proposal, including nixing oil and gas tax breaks while making renewable energy ones permanent and plowing money into renewable energy and energy efficiency development.
