Harder Nuts To Crack Than Tariffs In US-EU Talks

Law360, New York (March 12, 2014, 8:55 PM EDT) -- Even with the European Union pushing for deeper U.S. tariff cuts under a potential transatlantic trade agreement, experts say bridging gaps in the two sides' tariff offers won't be as difficult as negotiating other aims, such as protecting investment or streamlining various regulations.
