GAO Denies B&W Protest Over $23B Nuke Site Contract

Law360, New York (March 12, 2014, 2:11 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has denied a protest by a Babcock & Wilcox Co. affiliate over its failure to win a $22.8 billion nuclear weapons maintenance contract, saying the U.S. Department of Energy made no discernible errors in its selection process.
