NY Judge Questions Rare Arrest In Trade Secret Theft Case

Oing on Wednesday questioned whether hedge fund Two Sigma Investments LLC had gone too far by seeking the arrest of a former analyst accused of stealing trade secrets, saying other employers might now copy the tactic and try to jail ex-workers in such disputes.
