CMS Says ACA Insurers Must Take AIDS Program Payments

Law360, Washington (March 14, 2014, 8:11 PM EDT) -- The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services said Friday that issuers of health plans under the Affordable Care Act must accept premium payments from a federal program that covers low-income AIDS patients, following reports that some insurers had rejected payments from the program.
