Texas High Court Won't Rehear Atty's Dynegy Fee Dispute

Law360, New York (March 21, 2014, 2:56 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday declined to rehear a case involving an attorney who represented a former Dynegy Inc. executive in a securities fraud suit and sought to recover over $3 million in legal fees and damages from the company.

In a brief order, the highest civil court in Texas denied criminal defense attorney Terry W. Yates' motion to rehear the action without comment. Justices Eva Guzman and Jeff Brown did not take part in the decision.
