Suits Over Deadly Canada Train Derailment Sent To Maine

Law360, Los Angeles (March 24, 2014, 10:20 PM ET) -- A Maine federal judge on Friday moved 19 wrongful death suits over a fatal Canada train derailment from Chicago to Maine, finding they belonged in the same venue as the already underway bankruptcy proceedings of the oil-toting railroad company.
