Bush Makes Two Nominations To CFTC

Law360, New York (April 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- President Bush has nominated two men to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, one an existing member up for another term and one a new member who is currently a Senate staffer.

On Thursday, Bush renominated Bartholomew “Bart” Chilton to a full five-year CFTC term and nominated Scott O'Malia to serve the four years remaining on the term for a vacant seat.
