Full Speed Ahead For Ford Rollover Settlement

Law360, New York (April 16, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A California judge has reportedly given the final green light to Ford Motor Co.’s bid to settle a class action on behalf of nearly 1 million consumers whose Ford Explorers lost economic value because of their perceived rollover danger.

Sacramento County Superior Court Judge David De Alba gave his final approval Tuesday to the settlement, which Ford reached without admitting any wrongdoing, the Associated Press reported.
