Law360, New York (April 24, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A Kansas federal court refused Wednesday to dismiss litigation over a Cessna Aircraft Co. plane crash in Canada, ruling that the plane manufacturer failed to prove that a Canadian court would be a more appropriate venue for the case.
