GPU Indirect Purchasers Ask For Class Certification

Law360, New York (April 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Indirect purchasers of graphics-processing chips asked a federal court on Thursday to grant them class certification, contending that it made legal sense to consolidate the numerous actions into a single class.

The indirect purchasers told the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California that they fulfilled all the prerequisites for class certification.
