PTAB Orders New Format For 1st AIA Review Live Testimony

Law360, New York (June 5, 2014, 9:18 PM EDT) -- The Patent Trial and Appeal Board last week revamped its order allowing live testimony for the first time in an inter partes review under the America Invents Act, responding to objections by petitioner K40 Electronics LLC in the case over a GPS-enabled radar detection technology patent.
