Law360, New York (February 28, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- Check processing company DataTreasury Corp., which has made headlines by aggressively asserting its patents in the banking industry, has once again targeted dozens of institutions in a new patent infringement lawsuit.
Many of the banks, including Bank of America, Wells Fargo & Co., U.S. Bancorp, Wachovia Bank and Citizens Financial Group Inc., were named in the company's previous suit over two patents for widely-used check imaging technology.
