Interchange Fee Judge Briefly Owned Visa Stock

Law360, New York (May 13, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge in the multidistrict litigation over credit card interchange fees has revealed that he inadvertently owned Visa shares for 18 days but says he does not believe the matter is grounds to disqualify him.
