Experian, Katz Settle Over Call Processing Patents

Law360, New York (May 21, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Credit information provider Experian Plc has joined a long list of companies that settled with billionaire inventor Ronald A. Katz over patents for interactive voice applications, Katz revealed on Wednesday.

Katz said that Experian had entered into a settlement agreement with his company, Ronald A. Katz Technology Licensing LP, and would pay an undisclosed sum for a nonexclusive license to the patents he holds.
