Davis is a principal in Fish & Richardson PC's Washington, D.C., office and is an experienced litigator with courtroom and International Trade Commission expertise. One of his highest profile wins was for Paice LLC. Following three federal district court cases, two Federal Circuit appeals, and an ITC Investigation against Toyota over hybrid electric vehicles patents, a confidential settlement favorable to Paice was brokered in 2010.
