Law360, New York (July 01, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Pretec Electronics Corp. has settled a patent infringement lawsuit brought by computer storage device maker SanDisk Corp. over flash memory devices.
In an order of dismissal filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, Judge Vaughan R. Walker approved the confidential settlement, dismissing the suit with prejudice.
