Rosetta Stone Sues Over Trademark Use In Web Ads

Law360, New York (July 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Language-learning software maker Rosetta Stone Ltd. has filed a trademark infringement suit against a competing company and a media group, alleging that the companies are unfairly using Rosetta Stone's trademark to redirect consumers to their Web sites through Internet search engines.
