Former DOJ Asst. AG Returns to Latham & Watkins

Law360, New York (September 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former assistant attorney general in charge of the U.S. Department of Justice's criminal division will return to her roots at Latham & Watkins LLP to co-lead the firm's white-collar and government investigations practice as a partner in its Washington, D.C., office.

Alice Fisher, a seasoned litigator in the areas of corporate fraud and counterterrorism, will rejoin Latham on Oct. 1, following her resignation as assistant attorney general in May, a position she held for almost three years.
