Title VII Dominates High Court's Employment Slate

Law360, New York (September 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- With a new term beginning in October, the U.S. Supreme Court is poised to weigh in on two important employment-related cases involving retaliation claims and pregnancy discrimination.

In the last term, the court headed by Chief Justice John Roberts tended to rule in favor of employees, dealing a blow to employer hopes nationwide that the high court would favor the business community.
