Real Estate Rumors: Google, Lions Group, Sam Herzberg

By Andrew McIntyre (March 17, 2016, 2:27 PM EDT) -- Google Inc. is buying eight buildings in Sunnyvale, California, from NetApp Inc. for $250 million, according to a report on Wednesday from the Silicon Valley Business Journal that cited a regulatory filing. The search engine giant is picking up buildings on Orleans Drive, Crossman Avenue, Baltic Way and Caribbean Drive, and the eight properties have a combined 600,000 square feet of space, the journal said. NetApp plans to lease back some of the buildings from Google, according to the report....
