RIM, Kodak Battle Over Camera Patents

Law360, New York (November 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Fearing that it was about to be hit with an infringement lawsuit by Eastman Kodak Co., BlackBerry maker Research in Motion Ltd. struck first, seeking a judicial declaration that four of Kodak's patents covering digital imaging technology and data integration systems are invalid or unenforceable.
