NY Workers' Comp Benefits Could Still Be In Jeopardy

Law360, New York (May 12, 2016, 10:53 AM EDT) -- In January of 2016, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo proposed budget changes which would greatly impact anyone who files a workers' compensation claim. At first glance, this reform, which I and the other attorneys of The Disability Guys have discussed at length, may have seemed like an excellent idea as it would save insurance companies, business owners and the state billions of dollars.
