DOJ May Still Charge 8 Sharp, LG Execs In LCD Probe

Law360, New York (December 10, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Justice has excluded eight executives from deals for immunity from further prosecution granted to Sharp Corp. and LG Display Co. Ltd. as part of their agreements to plead guilty and pay a combined $520 million to settle price-fixing charges over liquid crystal display screens.
