Cardozo School of Law, The Real Deal reported on Monday, citing sources with knowledge of the matter. The deal is for 56,000 square feet of the 70,000-square-foot 13-19 E. 11th St., a nine-story, two-building complex connected at the ground and lower levels, according to The Real Deal. The Pebb Capital subsidiary Collegium Capital Partners paid all cash, Real Deal said....
