Ex-Clippers Exec Hits NBA, Others With Bias Suit

Law360, New York (February 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The former general manager of the Los Angeles Clippers has slammed the National Basketball Association, the team, Clippers owner Donald Sterling and management agent Richard Andy Roeser with a lawsuit, accusing the parties of race and age discrimination and unlawful retaliation.
