UBS To Fight Efforts To Access Secret Account Info

Law360, New York (February 19, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- UBS AG plans to fight efforts by the U.S. government to obtain the identities of those who held secret accounts with the bank, saying the principles of international comity require U.S. courts to take Swiss privacy laws into account.
