Judge Strikes J&J Invalidity Contentions In Stent Suit

Law360, New York (February 25, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The court overseeing a patent infringement suit over drug-eluting stent technology has stricken defendants Johnson & Johnson and Cordis Corp.'s invalidity contentions, granting a motion from plaintiff Dr. Bruce Saffran that accused the companies of burying their argument in a "haystack of references."
