Panasonic, Daewoo Tagged In CRT Price-Fixing Suit

Law360, New York (March 17, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Panasonic Corp. and Daewoo International Corp. have been added to the list of defendants in an ongoing putative class action accusing a dozen electronics companies of conspiring to fix prices in the multibillion-dollar global cathode ray tube industry.
