Bayer Wants More Fraud Claims Nixed In Trasylol MDL

Law360, New York (March 31, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Bayer AG has asked a judge to expand his dismissal of fraud claims in three suits to include others in the multidistrict litigation over the blood-clotting drug Trasylol, which Bayer pulled from the market after studies indicating potentially fatal side effects came to light.
