LSI, Cypress Strike Deal Over Semiconductor Patent

Law360, New York (April 02, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- LSI Corp. and Cypress Semiconductor Corp. have asked a federal judge to temporarily lift a stay and dismiss Cypress from a patent suit brought by LSI accusing a slew of semiconductor companies of infringing a computer chip coating method.
