High Court To Consider Question Of Fee Awards

Law360, New York (April 06, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear a case that examines whether attorneys' fees awarded at the conclusion of a lawsuit can be increased by a judge based on the quality of the work done.
