Coughlin Stoia, Others Seek $4.5M Of Drug Suit Deal

Law360, New York (April 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Plaintiffs' lawyers are seeking to take home about $4.5 million, or 27.5 percent, of a settlement they reached with Warner Chilcott Ltd. over the company's alleged failure to disclose that, amid an antitrust investigation, it pulled one of its top-earning drugs from shelves just before its initial public offering.
