Law360, New York (April 22, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has denied a motion to dismiss a lawsuit brought by two former Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceuticals Inc. sales representatives who claim they were retaliated against after accusing the company of promoting off-label marketing for its popular anti-clotting drug Lovenox.
