Lehman Creditors, Barclays Spar Over Atty Privilege

Law360, New York (December 08, 2009, 5:21 PM ET) -- Creditors of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. are fighting a bid by Barclays Capital Inc. to look at communications between the creditors and their attorneys, as Barclays defends itself against accusations that it reaped an undisclosed $5 billion discount for the investment bank.
