Law360, New York (February 08, 2010, 5:41 PM ET) -- The bankruptcy judge overseeing the Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. bankruptcy proceedings has agreed to let the examiner file his 2,200-page report under seal in order to address “legitimate concerns about confidentiality and privilege.”
Judge James M. Peck of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on Monday signed an order allowing Anton R. Valukas, chairman of Jenner & Block LLP and the examiner appointed for Lehman Brothers, to file his investigation and related appendices out of the public eye, at least temporarily....
