Pension Fund Exec Pleads Guilty In Pay-To-Play Case

Law360, New York (March 10, 2010, 7:10 PM ET) -- The former chief investment officer for the New York Office of the State Comptroller pled guilty Wednesday to a felony charge over allegations that he handed control of the state retirement fund over to a political crony.

David Loglisci pled guilty in the New York's Supreme Court, Criminal Term, to handing effective control of the New York State Common Retirement Fund over to Henry Morris, a political adviser to the former comptroller who allegedly used the fund to enrich himself, friends and allies.
