Fee Change Docs Ruled Off-Limits In Credit Card Suit

Law360, New York (June 18, 2010, 5:45 PM ET) -- A judge has ruled that credit-card holders are not entitled to obtain information from Citigroup Inc. and Discover Financial Services LLC about fee change-related revenue impact in an antitrust suit accusing issuers of conspiring to add mandatory arbitration clauses to credit agreements.
