Galleon's Goffer Loses Bid To See SEC Docs

Law360, New York (July 29, 2010, 4:34 PM ET) -- The ex-Galleon Group LLC trader Zvi Goffer has lost an attempt to gain access to material in the possession of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that he hoped to use to defend himself from criminal charges of insider trading.

Judge Richard J. Sullivan denied Goffer's request for the SEC documents and additional materials related to the cooperation of Galleon informant Roomy Khan in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Thursday.
