Indicted Galleon Traders Seek Dismissal

Law360, New York (November 04, 2010, 3:45 PM ET) -- Five defendants swept up in the alleged Galleon Group insider trading ring have asked a judge to dismiss the government’s case against them, calling the charges a “labyrinthine web” that never firmly establishes criminal conduct.
