BofA Workers Seek Records In Wage-And-Hour Action

Law360, New York (June 29, 2011, 10:28 PM ET) -- Current and former employees of Bank of America Corp.'s insurance and home loan units filed a second suit Tuesday in California state court, alleging BofA has failed to produce requested documents and employment records in their wage-and-hour putative class action.
