Law360, New York (June 19, 2012, 2:40 PM ET) -- An employee's class action waiver is not unenforceable and is in fact supported by the U.S. Department of Labor and a wide body of court precedent, Citigroup Inc. told the Second Circuit on Monday, challenging a lower court's decision to the contrary.
