House Committee Seeks Volcker Alternative

Law360, New York (August 07, 2012, 6:47 PM ET) -- The House Financial Services Committee is looking for an alternative to the Volcker Rule that would be less burdensome to private equity firms and hedge funds seeking to raise capital, saying Tuesday that the rule in its current form could be devastating to the economy.
