Law360, New York (June 06, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- AmeriMortgage Bankers LLC has lost its counterclaims in a contract dispute with Morgan Stanley Mortgage Capital Holdings LLC over loans the Florida mortgage lender sold that later resulted in default.
U.S. District Judge Patricia A. Seitz granted Morgan Stanley's bid for summary judgment Wednesday on the counterclaims in a suit it brought against the Miami-based lender in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
