Law360, New York (July 28, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has named three additional defendants in an amended complaint that alleges employees of investment banks Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. and Goldman Sachs Group Inc. participated in an insider-trading ring.
Attorneys for the SEC filed the fourth amended complaint Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, adding Bruno Verinac, a Croatian national living in Germany, along with Antun Dilber and Anto Krsic of Croatia, to the complaint.
