Law360, New York (June 08, 2010, 3:20 PM ET) -- As part of a push to expand its business reorganization and restructuring department, Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP has added to its ranks former Linklaters LLP partner Mary K. Warren and former Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP partner Joseph G. Minias.
Warren and Minias joined the firm's New York office this week. They are the latest arrivals in a group of recent hires intended to build out Willkie Farr's representation of institutional lenders in restructuring matters, said Matthew Feldman, co-chair of the practice group....
