Law360, New York (July 09, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Bankrupt breast implant maker MediCor Ltd. has won its fourth exclusivity extension, giving the company until the end of September to file its Chapter 11 plan.
Judge Mary Walrath of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware granted MediCor’s exclusivity extension request on Monday, allowing the company to exclusively file a plan until Sept. 30. MediCor will also now have until Dec. 1 to solicit support for its plan.
