Firms Object To Cash Collateral Use In Tweeter Case

Law360, New York (January 07, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- SB Capital Group LLC, Tiger Capital Group LLC and Hudson Capital Partners LLC have asked the bankruptcy court overseeing electronics retailer Tweeter Opco LLC's liquidation to bar the interim Chapter 7 trustee from using cash collateral until they are paid almost $470,000 they say they are owed for consulting fees and expenses.
