Indirect Purchasers Win Class Cert. In SRAM MDL

Law360, New York (December 01, 2009, 1:11 PM ET) -- A federal judge has certified a class of indirect purchaser plaintiffs in the ongoing multidistrict litigation over alleged price-fixing in the static random access memory industry.

On Nov. 25, Judge Claudia Wilken of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California certified a nationwide class of indirect purchasers who bought SRAM products between 1996 and 2006 for end use, and not resale.
