Nvidia Told To Fork Over Docs In GPU Action

Law360, New York (December 02, 2009, 6:27 PM ET) -- Nvidia Corp. has been ordered to hand over documents from original equipment manufacturers Apple Inc. and Hewlett-Packard Co., which bought the company's graphic processing units for use in computers sold to the plaintiffs in a class action alleging defective Nvidia GPUs caused their computers to malfunction.

Magistrate Judge Howard R. Lloyd of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on Monday ordered Nvidia to produce the requested documents authored by Apple and HP within two days.
